About This Site

Healthy Cholesterol Today is a community site built for people interested in the education and treatment of high cholesterol. The purpose of this site is to bring together a community of people that are looking for ways to bring and keep our high cholesterol and triglycerides under control without the use of prescription medications. On this site we will include news articles, video’s, reviews of books and products and other content in hopes of educating ourselves in making better choices with our health.
